GOOD THINGS ABOUT COUNTING CALORIES:

According to the British Nutrition Foundation,"To lose weight, the energy intake from food must be less than the energy output." Counting is one of the most effecting weight loss methods. It goes straight to the heart of the problem. Losing weight through counting calories is pretty simple. And plus, counting calories will add to your awareness of what your body needs; Counting Caloriees will educate you what's in your food, and how to be more healthy.

DOWNSIDES OF COUNTING CALORIES:

Counting Calories is usually affective but not permanent and is sometimes used innappropriately. Not all calories are equal and some you do need to survive. Some people even believe counting calories can lead to addiction . Addicted to counting calories, being thin, anorexic, or bulimic. And that's NOT a good way to use calorie counting and is extremely inapropriate.
